Great culture, nice people, all round employee benefits. They care not just about employee, but also your whole family, insurance is great, has a health care within office, good doctors, great Gym's, cafeteria is awesome. Lot of sports facilities and supportive culture.
Work wise since its a big organisations, you should be lucky enough to get good work, else its mostly maintaining and adding few features on already existing code base. But they do support you with learning, for that you need to spend extra hours apart from your daily job to learn extra.
