Job security here is good because in covid period also our jobs didn't get affected Also in case of learning it is good company to start your career as fresher because while working as tester here. You don't just have to test from frontend. You have access like database and services and procedures from which you get to learn database skills also which i think is beneficial

Dislikes

Management here is a bit disappointing because there are always early deadlines for almost every tasks. Even if that particular task is large impactable task then also you have to finish it as soon as possible

My work here is great till now as i have learnt alot here while working on tasks for different pharma clients and also on different modules

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
