Career confusion

Hey guys, i am a btech mechanical graduate, year 2023. I got placed in a pharmaceutical company,in maintenance dept, but work here is purely either Documentation or some kind of general management work, nothing related to actual mechanical application. I feel stuck here with no possible growth. What should i focus on, if i want to switch to non pharma company, like automobile or heavy machinery etc. , as a mech grad ?

Company culture is good , pandemic time company really supporting employee hands off company .

Dislikes

Lot of pressure , heavy pressure they are not ready to listening sales improve prosees . only thing is number number very worst especially Acute division . ground level employee only working manager rbm not working in the field. they are sit home and call every employee giving lot of pressure,if any one interest to join cipla I onlyrecamend please choose manager position .
