I hava worked in Cinepolis by 2012 to 2016 as as associat i learn all department work but my stright forwardnees give them goosbumbs and they don't promoted me and for silly resons they took resain from me

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
