Worst place and worst people. So called HR Alpana is a self made HR with zero knowledge in managing resources. But she is good with micro managing team. If an airline baggage handler can become a project manager, just imagine the level of work and work culture.

Everything about company is worst. First of all, the owners do not know how to speak. They used slang word to address their employee. and they don't know what leadership is. The CEO think he is superior and we all of them are slave. I thought office politics was just name. But in Cinntra I also saw it. No proper process. Aur kam krana toh aata hi nhi inhe. And all of the major positions filled by their relatives. The HR head is the sister of owner and she doesn't know how to manage the grievance of any employee. she has no mercy. SO in case if you are having problem with the company, you can't discuss with her. Because she won't solve your problem but will increase it definitely.
