The management system here is very bad. Management does not have the manners to talk. The mistakes of seniors are put on juniors and they are insulted in front of everyone. The owner of the company also talks using abusive language. There is no job security, they suddenly fire you without notice. Salary and reimbursement are not given on time. I have to ask repeatedly for my salary and reimbursement but still it is not given on time. Totally it is a lala type company....Read More
