NetSuite Consultant (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

- Two or more years of significant functional experience in NetSuite.2

- Have done at least three to five NetSuite implementations.

- Specific competencies within NetSuite should include but are not limited to, setup, configuration and, customization.

- Module configurations within NetSuite OneWorld ERP system

- Experience managing functional requirements of an implementation and engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to identify needs and to scope required enhancements for NetSuite.

- Operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including accounting, multibook, consolidation, quote to cash, procure to play, operations.

- Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies.

- Update forms, add custom fields, create dashboards, and set up saved searches.

- Implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale client's requirements.

- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.

- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- You have a university degree in a relevant field.

- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with Netsuite.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- You have exceptional business understanding in one of the following areas: Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Accounting and controlling.

- You bring experience in creating detailed design documents required to develop and implement software solutions.

- You have experience in utilising defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies.

- You have strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development of scripting based on JavaScript and NetSuite requirements.

- Hands-on experience in the Suite Cloud development environment.

- Well versed with Suite Builder, Suite Flow & Suite Analytics, Suite Talk and Suite Scripts.

- Work with the functional consulting team to deliver NetSuite solutions including customization, scripting, integrations & support case resolutions.

- Document business & technical requirements.

- Ability to author detailed design/specification documents capturing workflow processes, use- cases, exception handling and test cases is a must.

- Develop custom code using Suite Script to meet business requirements.

- Code debugging & troubleshooting in an effective direction.

- Hands-on experience on NetSuite Integration with 3rd party applications.

- Plan, research and advice on projects or peripherals involving scripting automation.

Qualifications/Skills :

- Bachelor's or master's Diploma/Degree in computer science or information technology.

- NetSuite development experience using Suite Script 2.0, including-but not limited to-Client Scripts, User event Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts and Suite Let.

- Should have critical thinking, problem solving, design, coding & debugging skills.

- Background in software programming including Java script, HTML using methodologies such as DOM, CSS & OO.

- Database knowledge including Oracle & SQL.

- Skilled in integration approaches & strategies, preferably hands on experience in web- services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, etc.

- Should have NetSuite overall functions/modules.

- Should be able to do your own research to find out the best possible solution for any given requirement.

- Should have a sense of ownership and possess team-work skills.

- Possess documentation skills (MS project, Visio, word, excel & G-suite).

- NetSuite Foundation certification is a plus.

- Suite Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
