Unfair Discrimination Management is depend on National Head Mr Raja; whose favourite is Mr Praveen. No ethics; they talk about ethics alot but no ethics at all No training no support just for the name sake They will not accept any idea of employee for betterment; if Mr Raja is ok then they do Working methodology is really pathetic; lazy company to work with No respect for employee and dealers with they are working No support after sales to dealer There is no department head or responsible person; only Mr Raja who changes things as per his choice Employee turnover is huge which is again not a good sign Ignore new dealers and people who want to start business with them Stick to 3-4 dealers only ; not allow if you work with new dealer; your hardwork will vanish Company of liars from top to bottom They want employee to work in ethical manner where as no ethics for employee dealer both Company change faces of all employee in all territory very frequently like 1-2 months; except Mr Praveen who is Mr Raja favourite...Read More

It is good company to beginners & gaining experience.Most importantly staffs are very good & co-operative.

its good if they provide coffee or other things.they are proving only tea.& canteen for staff.
