Its good for orientation to the cases of cardiology. But for medical officer, you are merely a co-ordinator...

Dislikes

Manager to medical officer is transperency less. And there is only per hour salary with 8 months retention of some percent. But with this you dont have any benefit of having paid leave or health insurance cover or anything. Just go, count hours and take money...nothing more, nothing less... It still follows like very small hospital...not like corporate, atleast for medical officers.

Better with collagues. But, lack of transperency regarding job description in managing side. Things are not as it is they are informed or told about.

There were no as such dislikes but the filing work was boring though I came to know lot more things about documentation.

As an HR intern I tried to learn and work as much as I could do. I worked in different departments of HR such as Recruitment, Staff engagement, Training and development and even documentation filings. I even prepared a Documentation TAT.

It was actually an unpaid internship. I worked in Purchase and Supply chain department. The department manager is really very knowledgeable and experienced. He taught me a lot of things, which I never even studied. Apart from that, everything was just awesome. It was really a great experience, I would love to join the organisation in future.

That was hectic duty specially on Monday , & staff shortage in wards always, Management doesn't understand our problems & doesn't give proper answers to the staff (NURSE)
