I have not found any pros

They just fired you in one simple zoom call when they are run out of funding, projects and after one second of zoom call, they just deleted your company account as well which is unprofessional and unethical. There is no job security. Moreover, one should be a chatter-box rather than a hard worker who pleases and flatter the seniors so that they give you good feedback and provide you with a project. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
