minimum 8 hours we have to be available in office there wont be any hike even if we work more then 3 years simply for no reason they will give layoff or ask us to resign poor management & company policy stick with limited number of clients & projects

They fired almost all team members who all on banch due to covid-19, so No carrrie groth, no job security they can fire you any time, not any projects comes in this company. They are changing their policy in every 6 month and even though they are not informing to their employees about new policy and all.

Dislikes

There u have to maintain minimum working hours but if you worked there more 12hr in day no one is caring about that but If you have less working hours due to any reason they will deduct your salary Management people don't know how to talk with their employees.
