All employees safety and work then covid 19 awareness Must important empoyes mask , gloves Teammates is transparent .there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for .comapny policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within my teammates

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
