Ciber had good clients in US public sector especially in Higher education. As a result there is high chances to get visas without rejections.

Dislikes

Managers will take work from everyone in the team. They have their own favorites while providing opportunities. In most cases opportunities are not mapped to resources skill and strength, they go with management decision always.

Nothing! Absolutely Nothing! The managers keep threatening the employees with bad consequences if the clients wishes are not fulfilled. Its Hire and Fire attitude. Been here for a year and every month starts with the threat that we are not working and client is never happy with our work

Everything, Bad pay policy, no job security, client is the king so we need to put in 18 hours a day. Never seen a company where developers have an upper hand that the Project manager.
