Hey guys, I loved to work with peers here, but that does not matter if your company does not recognize your hard work and effort you have put through for them

They just don't recognize your effort. At the time of compensation and benefits, they just pick some of the top performers and give them hefty bonuses, whereas the middle performers or good performers and left with nothing (literally they give you 0 bonus or appraisal). Work culture is not so great, at times confusing, I think they are doing the best they can do.. I am just comparing it from other MNC I had worked in before . Compensation is a little less than the market and learning depends totally on you. Want to work on something cool and innovative.
