It's worst place to work. Ashish head of MCC is not worth working with. He will scold without reason n use foul language. They don't know how to get the work done and create unrealistic pressure. Lot of politics n buttering is there. Salary cut is common.

C.I must be more employee concentric. Employee may be facilitated with free transport, team outings, incentives and soft skill training etc. since employee is also an asset to the company.
