Only Teammates from design team were quite helpful and understanding.

It's a very insecure environment to work for. Within the span of 3 months, 3 employees were fired and another 1left due to unreasonable cut of 2 days in his salary just because he wanted to take a half day on Saturday. There are no paid leaves and the higher authority who handles the brand is quite abusive and some other members too. Employee of the brand are treated very differently from the Chunmun employees. So if you are going to work for the brand, think twice. They expect you to know everything what they want without even explaining You even once....Read More

I was a menswear designer for their in-house brand Steele collection. We had to design garments on software like illustrator and Photoshop. Then make techpacks for sampling.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
