#Outdated HR Policies, #Work-Life balance is very poor, #Company culture is totally disappointed, #No Mediclaim in probation period, Probation period is for 11 months, # Salary not on time, # Material availability is very poor, #Logistics system is terrible #Dispatch schedule is not proper And last but not least This is basically trading firm and no any value for sales team.
