Job Satisfaction and Company Culture is great. Management is very good and supportive.

Some time late sitting but that is tolerable.

Management is good but too much trusts upon HR & Admin who are spoiling company culture and ultimately company is suffering loss. Employees are not staying for too long because of toxic culture.

HR is very unprofessional, he doesn't know his duties but expects employees to follow all rules & regulations. He keeps changing from his words. Doesn't give any specific relieving date & doesn't release anyone even after serving notice period as per company policy but until finds replacement, be it 1 month, 2 months or even more. If you leave yourself then no salary is paid and F&F is done. Once someone resigns, he starts blaming that one has wasted company's time & money but he doesn't talk upon his failure & wrong promises he has made. #Outdated HR Policies, #Work-Life balance is very poor, #Company culture is totally disappointed, #No Mediclaim in probation period, Probation period is for 11 months, # Salary not on time, # Material availability is very poor, #Logistics system is terrible #Dispatch schedule is not proper And last but not least This is basically trading firm and no any value for sales team.
