The companies culture is not meant for youngsters or people who wants to work in a challenging and learning environment. A lot of People in this company are working since 10-15 years and have a very rigid mentality and approach towards work. The gowth trajectory is very slow and the learning curve is also flat.

Chola MS gives a lot of flexibility and exposure to their employees . Here those who employees who work efficiently they get rewarded . I am working here since last 5 years and I got promoted thrice .

Only I this like is backend work they should more proactive in terms of policy process endorsement or anything related to ops . If company is pressurise us for business they should look after smooth process which is not there at all no team bothered to take up any call
