It is the worst experience I would ever have working in chola mandlam, every time we are told that next month u will be gone, even HR TEAM work accordingly to the sales team, whatever senior says they follow even if it is wrong. I would suggest no one to take risk with their careers working in this company.

No work life balance, work time is 9 AM to 5 PM but expect us to work till 8 PM even after 8 PM we are required to work in home for few more hours, no mental peace even in festival holidays and in weekends. Also, mostly there will be no help if there is any claim from the customer. Everything has to be done only by the field agent.
