This company management is very bad not improved good salary package and noany internal posting given, i was thinking wasted last 3 years in this chola company , not good trainer no motivation people is there. very bad and worst politics behaviour. Over all bad.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
