Our senior teach us very carefully on every difficult fault Company give us every safety instrument for working in field Working environment is also good for fresher and experience person Career growth is also good as there is a lost things for learn Important thing is that company give us increment on every year as per performance

Only problem there is 360 working days because its textile company there is no extra hollydays except 5 days

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
