Very bad management. They want just staff for MCI. NO USE OF YOUR HARD WORK AND DEVOTION. I'm suggesting please this institute is choice if u have no choice.

Working on department is not important.you are just appointment for MCI criteria. Irregular salary more than 3 month no salary. Problem on relieving an experience. Etc
