Working attitude of Chinese staff ,they are very hard working skillfull,innovative,and punctual people and work very fast ,project or mile stone are completed well before due time.

Dislikes

Most Chinese staff do not speak and under stand Enghlish, we have to use sign language to communicate with them, most allowance for travelling out of site more than 200 know are not paid to us probably foreign workers only!.

It is exciting and challenging learning Chinese technology ,especially scaffolding techniques used in 17 storey building is very fast we normally complete a fool concrete pouring in 3 weeks,include,constructing,beams,columns,slabs, reinforcesment,,service
