Chillis is a very important path to success... It is in the hands of the employee that how he thinks comes to work... There are also 2 types of employees... (1)- Does an employee think that his job serves the society or waits for his 9-hour shift to be completed? (2)- Or an employee thinks that my household expenses are covered fromhere, this is my restaurant or helps my community or also takes care of caring, cleaning or cost…. My work experience in Chillis is awesome.
