The only good thing is that you will come out as an all rounder.

Work culture is pathetic. Principal is so rude that she can insult the teacher in front of students. No work ethics followed by higher authorities. There is constant nagging related to the work that you do. No staff room for Teachers and they are not allowed to sit during the lunch time and have lunch with other teachers. No CLs andeven if you inform them beforehand regarding your leave then also they will deduct your salary. Teacher’s are asked to wear two color suits only. Silly policy of keeping one month salary as security deposit which they never give if you leave. Salaries come on 20th of the next month which is highly unprofessional. They focus on teacher’s discipline and not on student’s discipline. Worst management and a lot of politics among staff. Worst experience. This is the worst school because of the worst lady sitting on the Principle chair (unfortunately she is the owner also). She neither has the manners to talk nor respect people's feelings. There is no humanity of any kind in them.

Overall the time which I had spend during my demo time was very good as I had met few helping teachers and supportive teachers and the work life balance is very good. Even the learning is upgrading and there is career growth as there are various workshops , training etc. Its one of my dream to be apart of the school as its my ex-school as a student and again joining the same school as a teacher is a proud moment to work with team and bonding with children .
