The only good thing is that you will come out as an all rounder.

Work culture is pathetic. Principal is so rude that she can insult the teacher in front of students. No work ethics followed by higher authorities. There is constant nagging related to the work that you do. No staff room for Teachers and they are not allowed to sit during the lunch time and have lunch with other teachers. No CLs andeven if you inform them beforehand regarding your leave then also they will deduct your salary. Teacher’s are asked to wear two color suits only. Silly policy of keeping one month salary as security deposit which they never give if you leave. Salaries come on 20th of the next month which is highly unprofessional. They focus on teacher’s discipline and not on student’s discipline. Worst management and a lot of politics among staff. Worst experience.
