The organization has good working environment where management including co workers or colleagues are cooperative. This is highly satisfied working structure where i am working, my work not only gives me the remuneration more than that i am getting pleasure when i was helped a child who in need.

There have 5 days working and it's social work for children care & protection and it's Government support NGO and operates all over India. Management are good but floor level managments are not good. Company policy are excellent.

Dislikes

Long Travelling is big issue during the pick & drop time we are facing heavy traffic maximum time.

Child line India Foundation is a reputed organization of India and child line 1098 is a largest help line in India even world level. It's a program of minestry of women and child development of India. I am fully satisfied to our work. our work is a totally office work. My job opportunities is documentation, monitoring, communication.

Growth is slow in the child line India Foundation. Sometimes I have to handle many calls of children's. Here is totally office based work so I can't raise up my experience with this organization.
