As I work in the challenging field, teamwork is utmost priority in our work. So teamwork is great. Also the training facility & trainers are very intelligent & communicative. Talking about my work in the organization is as I work in ARFF. So it's kind of challenging work but the environment friendly & experienced guidance is really makes the difference.

The company is good to work for 3 to 4 years. You can learn things here provided you have a quest to learn. Late sitting is not promoted. Work life balance is good.

The company is just CEO driven. Whatever he says has to be implemented irrespective of the outcome. HR is just a dummy here. People praising CEO are elevated and respected here. The worst part here is no clear definition of roles and responsibilities. There are a frequent department changes irrespective of your skills.This is not atall a professional organisation. People have variable paybands here ( same post people have huge difference in pay scales). Skills and work is not rewarded here. The closer you are to your seniors the more you will benefit. There is no learning after a stage. People who work well are asked to work more, and those who don't are just payed for sitting. So it's better not to give your best here. It's a black hole, this company makes you complacent and though your salary may be good, after a period you will realise you didn't add value to your profile as you would have liked.
