Politics, whoever in higher position they us to make politics on team members, due to that reason company reputation got spoiled but my point of view company in good bot the management is not handling well

Floor Environment is very good. Team members and all managers are very helpful

I joined here approx 20 months ago. But still I m not permoted. They ensure only 3 months training they provide and after 3 month of training they will placed in floor but they placed me on floor after 11 months and they ensure after placed on floor 3 to 6 months they will permoted as a team member but still I m working as a trainee here in 20's months at very low Salary only 14000.

No job security worked their for a month they didn't provide me salary simply call and say you are fired and if you email them they will not respond and will not provide any certificates for future employment and also they won't update the date of exit in PF . Work life balance is good. Office timing of 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm is very comfortable to work and gives you lot of time to improve your skills. Office working environment is good. You get chance to work with variety of projects and clients. Overall it's excellent learning and working experience at Chetu

If your client is technically weak, then you will ended up having less burden of work, as they fool their client as much as they can.

you will get - Exploitation, worst work culture, free treatment from their goons, delicious food stuffed with cockroaches and other insects. only 4 paid leave for entire year. (1- Jan, 26 - Jan, 15- Aug, 2 - Oct) what else you want??

Chetu provides excellent platform to start your career. It provides opportunity to learn from scratch and excel in that field.
