I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Extremely disappointing unprofessional management . Zero gratitude towards the doctors no matter how long they work. Wasted my 1 year in such a toxic enviornment.

Dislikes

1) no skill development. 2) no monetary development 3) the management will speak to u like they are paying u for free. 4) even after doing 12-13 night shifts a month - there will be zero gratitude towards doctors and no chace will be missed to point out your mistakes. Stories and accusations will be made with no proof towards the doctor. 5) for working literally 40-60hours extra every month - zero compensation will be provided. 6) unprofessional behaviour like making doctors life difficult by making them sleep in consultation room where covid patients wud have been seen and treated all and day night...when asked will shamelessly lie that it was done by vit management and nothing can be done. Completely a personal grudge for God knows wat reason will be shown out on the doctor's. Moreover the relievers will be given more importance and respect than the permanent doctors working there. Zero understanding and cruel corporate behaviour will be shown by the head of the center. By the Chettinad hospital team , there has been zero facilities/compensations have been given , even local clinics will take care of their doctors better....Read More
