Few years ago it was good place to work but now it feels like hell to work here Your work will not be appreciated Heavy pressure Work - Life will not be balanced Targets will be assigned without logic No seniors will care about their juniors You don't get basic respect from your senior even though you work hard

1. No Variable in Pay Structure. Everything is Fixed. So that's an advantage. 2. Located in heart of the Chennai. So travel to ofz is very easy through public transport. 3. Job Security.
