The Company has now become Public Limited and has done various changes that benefits the employees. South Zonal Manager is very kind and let the employees work stress-free. He also allows his subordinates to explore more and implement various new techniques to bring the results and increase productivity. Management is a simply a bunch of jokers. Honest people don't have any scope. Biased & arrogent management, useless HR, no job security, people who sucks the feet of owner or his brother can only survive there beside all nonperformance, poor supply chain, Salery & benefits are low. If some one wants to spoil his carrier can join this company.
