1 star for the Selective colleagues who taught something & Peon's who all are doing great job.

Everything: 1. Unhygienic place - the pantry is so bad, tea breaks are like jail system only given 2 times a day (11 am & 4pm). Rats roam around the place. RATS ARE MORE THAN THE EMPLOYEES. 2. Management - The management themselves should learn something rather than yelling their employees to learn. So many top class authors, editors & decision makers came and the Bosses think their Language skills are not worth it, they should know if in future Chat GPT shutdown their kids will be jobless. 4. Every single thing is last moment. 5. If there is some mistake done & mostly it is from printer's side - they deduct money from the designers & production head's salary. Even if we speak out they will find another reason to claim that we are always wrong. 6. My tenure was less but couldn't even give time to my Family due to the amount of pressure they put. 7. Technology backward & doesn't accept new age systems. The PC's are still of 90s model & shutdowns frequently. IT team can't be blamed as proper fundings are not provided to them.
