Don't go for this company, terrible management, never give salary on time, will play dirty politics after you work for 5-6 months, leave policy is pathetic, team leaders are pet dog of their seniors and will wag tail as they say.

They will play groupism, they talk laughing, but they are full of shit within, they will always lie to your face, especially team leader, they decuct salary if you take leave, they lie a lot

Very bad experience, I have heard by our friends. They ask to OT for 12 hours..They give you target. If you are unable to complete They ask not to logout until complete the target.... There is too much salary deduction.. Very bad experience 😕

The only thing I liked working at Cherry was my colleagues. They were really supportive. Pravesh, AJ, Tiwari ji, Abhishek Sir, they're the best people I have ever worked with. Apart from that, everything about this company is just shit.

Oh god, where do I start? If you're reading this review, please don't accept their job offer. They are the worst company. The company's boss Mr. DADU behaves like a jailer Sahab who treats his employees as a prisoner. His wife Deeksha (who happens to be a former HR, later married Dadu and become the boss) is arrogant, rude, treat you like a slave. Their Manager, Mr. Pritish Nandi considered himself as a oversmart guy (but in reality he's a prick). Pritish always tried to butter-up the boss (and his wife) against you. They deduct your salary for unnecessary things without giving proper justification. Even if you're sick, and gave all the medical documents, they'll deduct your salary. Even if you have God forbids a family emergency (sudden death) they'll deduct your salary. There's only 1 Toilet for all employees. (There's one other but that is reserved for BOSS only, entry to employees are strictly prohibited). If by chance you're working in night shift, the security guard will notice you for how much time you're spending on breaks(I mean seriously, their security guard has more importance than an employee :p). No Cafeteria, so imagine working in night! No job security, they can fire you at any time. Also, they'll hire you under Cherry E Commerce Services Pvt Ltd offer but you'll work under LiveSalesman Company (they're doing this scam as well, don't know why the authority are not doing anything? 🤔 So, if you can bear all this and if you're in extremely need of a job, then join by all means but remember you'll definitely gonna regret your decision as you'll waste your time....Read More

Company lacks in providing proper infrastructure uncleaned washrooms, floors, and work stations, no boost to employee morale instead the company's motto is always finding ways of cutting off the basic pay of the employees. Unhealthy work environment, the boss does run a dictator role.

Forcing to work over time otherwise you will be fired, work pressure is unbelievable, boss will fire everyone at anytime and will not give any amount, if you fall sick they will deduct from your salary even if you proof that with documents, always cheating in calculation of the salary you should calculate it every time, no carrier growth, HR is the wife of the boss and they own the company so when ask for something they will tell you "ask my husband, or ask my wife" Once the work pressure is down they start firing ng people and try to create an issue so they can fire you or you resign....Read More
