The only thing I liked working at Cherry was my colleagues. They were really supportive. Pravesh, AJ, Tiwari ji, Abhishek Sir, they're the best people I have ever worked with. Apart from that, everything about this company is just shit.
Dislikes
Oh god, where do I start? If you're reading this review, please don't accept their job offer. They are the worst company. The company's boss Mr. DADU behaves like a jailer Sahab who treats his employees as a prisoner. His wife Deeksha (who happens to be a former HR, later married Dadu and become the boss) is arrogant, rude, treat you like a slave.
Their Manager, Mr. Pritish Nandi considered himself as a oversmart guy (but in reality he's a prick). Pritish always tried to butter-up the boss (and his wife) against you.
They deduct your salary for unnecessary things without giving proper justification. Even if you're sick, and gave all the medical documents, they'll deduct your salary. Even if you have God forbids a family emergency (sudden death) they'll deduct your salary.
There's only 1 Toilet for all employees. (There's one other but that is reserved for BOSS only, entry to employees are strictly prohibited).
If by chance you're working in night shift, the security guard will notice you for how much time you're spending on breaks(I mean seriously, their security guard has more importance than an employee :p).
No Cafeteria, so imagine working in night!

Also, they'll hire you under Cherry E Commerce Services Pvt Ltd offer but you'll work under LiveSalesman Company (they're doing this scam as well, don't know why the authority are not doing anything? 🤔
So, if you can bear all this and if you're in extremely need of a job, then join by all means but remember you'll definitely gonna regret your decision as you'll waste your time....Read More

Teammates were supportive but no job security with less salary if you talk about work-life balance then you must not go for this company at any cost.
Dislikes
I worked there Arabic and English Customer services Executive but the company owner I found very rude going there seems as you enteredHell. I will not recommend this for anyone else.
