CHEP is a good company to work in, in terms of Company Culture. Feels like you are working in an actual MNC. Flexible timings and highly educated and well mannered people around to work with. They get great support from their parent company Brambles, be it financially, technical, learning. They frequently arrange employee development and learning trainings. Good scope of visiting worldwide sites to engage with people across the world and learn new things and skill development. Don`t forget to subscribe to the shares, that is a must. You will be engaged in lot of work. Business is good and that comes with extensive work, hence balancing work & life is pretty difficult. Appraisals are kind of average, but you do get them every year. You don`t know when you will asked to leave the job, hence job security wise is big dislike</mark>. Promotions are rarity....Read More

India bussiess - No job security, no scope for promotion, only if you are good in politics then you will be promoted. Poor leadership team with no direction. Company growth is stagnant. No growth opportunities. No coordination between Leadership team. Poor salary for new joinees
