Outdated syllabus, no planning, bad organization, partiality between staff members, ego, students and parents are brainwashed for addmission by irrelevant field staff members for making Hotel management admission for commission, worst HR and policies, unable to reach chairman for any concerns.
I felt Students absentees follow up practice is very good while joining but got to understand the reason during the semester exam. Purely money making process, fine for attendance shortage and allowing the students to exam, later revaluation @ making them pass is also money making.
Brainwash students and parents for admission, staffs are forced/pushed to make admission and offered admission bonus/referral bonus, so staffs from other sectors who don't have any hotel management exposure or experience make false statements to get admission.
Making a person wait and making them go here and there to head office, campus, for any request. Utterly a bad management offering outdated teaching to students. Kindly listen to people worked before and studied before for making a wise decision not to join.
No career development, egoistic staffs. Politics to drag the legs of performing staff member.
I got cheated by management, salary deduction made during COVID online classes were not settled. Raised a legal notice but the management give a damn about it. I curse the HR and management for cheating me. Staff members are informed students didn't paid their fee and the management is unable to pay salary for staff members during 2020, 25 staff members were sent by the management on unpaid leave without any black and white notice, and no communication after that. Students settled their entire fee without any deductions, after clearing fee without any due can obtain hall ticket, certificate, etc etc. If a management is honest, they might have paid the salary deduction after collecting fee from students. But they have funds to invest in purchasing a campus building in Bangalore and funding for renovation & development of hotel management block and other Facility in chengalpattu campus, making advertisement and publishing them in many different channels too. Won't get any black and white policy on request. Communication made only by verbal form. Salary won't be credited under the name of salary, just an NEFT transfer. Payslip can't be obtained from website or even mailed to staff members on request, everything has to be accessed from evarsity website which can only be accessed by college internet. Leave policies are very bad.
From all this happened above i think the Chairman's philanthropy award might be bought not awarded, is he aware of what's happening to the staff members or he doesn't care for the staffs too like the HR.
Simply, this college is focused on Money making, egoistic and cheating management not concerned about staff members, that's the reason more staff turnover happened and happening.
