It’s a growing company with a great future . A nice place to learn and grow. The work culture is fantastic, with understanding colleagues and very supportive bosses. The company is like a tight-knit family with everyone looking out for each other, a rarity in these vain times. The management is far-sighted with the wherewithal to take the organisation to dizzying heights. The best thing is that they’re approachable and always open to new suggestions and ideas to grow the company, which is rare in most companies in this era with the top honchos always ensconced in their egofied silos. They’re the most humble and dignified people one can come across. I cherished my time there at ChemieTech , with a steep learning curve and the freedom to forge my own path. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
