I like companies approach towards every individuals and good surrounding staff. Also working atmosphere sounded good and provided good platform for learning at every aspects.

Dislikes

Growth is never approached interms of salary as well, working hours straighten to 10 hrs and work pressure increased.Also, managers do not value individuals and their performance respecticely. Improper management in process team.

Completely challenging work for production officer as I have to work on rotational shift, in which I have to control shift, ensure proper execution of process according to production planning, updating shift reports , ensure process under SOPs,
