Working with Chembond is satisfactory. Supporting Management, work life balance are positive points.however growth is slow. They are continuesly invest for skill development program and employees training.they provided training on different technologies during lockdown period. slightly deduction in salary due covid period but gave commitment to pay out over all deducted balance after some time.
