Work Life balance is only good.

Dislikes

For off role candidate, it's bad. No respect, no good salary, no hike, no job security. Only 3month contract which renews on every 3 months. It's sister concern company of Samsung Group.

I have learned a lot while working in this company within this 4 yrs 6 months. Got a very good idea how to deal with dealers & distributors . Salary date was fixed on 30th or 31st of every month. I used to take care of entire East zone from Kolkata.

Dislikes

Job security , appraisal and growth opportunitiy is terrible. Company dont even gave my last year performance bonus although i was the best performer in PAN India. Instead of that i have been told to put my papers down because they dont have any requirment in East
