It is very difficult to work in Cheil India.if you are a married woman and mother of a child.then it is very difficult for you to work here.that you can not make balance in your office and home life.when you tell all the work in the office then it will be time to leaves the office.and you have got so much pressure that you have to go through that work.it is decided that you will be given the same work again on the next day after the mistakes are made in the haste, you will be busy with same work for 2 days.so my experience was not good....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
