Lot of unethical behaviour - 1) lock paid subscribers out of account unnecessarily. 2) blatant favoritism in promotions 3) government job culture of protecting managers and slow growth coz long tenured employees dont have technical skills

Mind boiling pressure at work. Manager calls you after work at any time even at mid night and give you work which needs to be completed and sent on email on the same night. No patience from top management. They are continuously putting pressure on everyone. Company has removed more than 40℅ of the workforce. Silent layoff is going on for so long as well. Chegg is on the verge of shutting down.

Managers in Marketing ops won't let their subordinates grow. A lot of politics for promotions, especially since the downfall of the Chegg post chat gpt launch. Silent layoffs underway.

Pathetic company. No promotion. No hikes. Company is on verge of closing still hiring people to ruin their career. Worst company ever. They are letting go of managers who worked hard here in for more than 10 years.
