Chegg is like 2nd home for employees , It has many benefits for employees Work culture is awesome and management supports well , and they provide all dependent insurance for employees ( Parents Spouse and children)

Chegg is one of the few companies that is actually thinking about their employees and there well being. They've invested in delivering ergonomic work setups to each one of us and also take care about our entertainment during the lockdowns.

Dislikes

Specially in my field, the work has grown exponentially and the number of people in the team are less. So, everyone has to do far more than they used to before covid.

I was associated with Chegg firstly as a contractor from a third party for 6 months but after 6 months the company appreciated my hard work and offered me job on their pay roll and i was very happy. Working in chegg is like you can have a balanced work life. All the TL's and our manager is so cooperative and helpful. No work pressure. Also company provides us with lots of benefits and perks such as gifts and goodies and additional paid time offs for one week twice in a year. And about salary packages they offer great packages. So overall my experience is awesome and can suggest others if they get offer to work with Chegg they can blindly accept the offer and join it....Read More
