Still you will get to learn things but environment also matters, poor working environment feels like you are working in some cage where u r not supposed to talk with anyone, no cell phones just WORK WORK WORK. Oh yes we only hired for work done but atleast management should support or appreciate but nothing . Then I don’t feel that this is a good mark to pursue in career

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
