The boss will say " you will be fired" in multiple occasions, that will really demotivates you as an employee who works really hard and stays loyal to the company. Frequent rude behaviour from him.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
