Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Very bad experience and support In this pendemic situation. company fire 80 employees in MI project, reason given now is no scope in this project. And employees is very badly finances crisis face in pandemic.
