The work culture is great and learning and growth opportunities are ample. People are empowered to innovate and solve problems.

Dislikes

Sometimes work pressure is pretty high which hampers quality of work.

Work Details

I'm primarily responsible for managing the engineering team and delivery of technology offerings of Channelplay. To create roadmap of product and build a solution that suits best to our clients. Introduction of new product and innovation.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
