I do not like it. No job security. Pathetic work culture. Not a good place to be. None in the management is literate enough to lead the company. Company has one policy, steal taxes and never pay the employee on time. Only pay when they cry. All are thieves in there work aspect. It will be soon shutting down. You get your pay after3 months and if you resign from the job there is no procedure to help you get a FnF. Everything is fake on bills. Everything they sell is in cash and they show minimum sales on records just to steal the applicable taxes. Never join, you will only degrade yourself and your professional life. You have to ask more than 20 times for salary. The management successfully drag it to 3 months and then gives you a deducted salary, about (30-40)% . You will be in a toads well. Everything. No advance infrastructureor machineries. All manual work in production. No culture of bonus or increment. A guy who works there started with a salary of 2500 after 37 years years of experience hes still at 10k.
